Comfort and convenience are the hallmarks of Craft Dentistry's office operations. To ensure your convenience, below is the information you need about our hours, location, appointment scheduling, insurance acceptance and billing.
Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a dentist in Manhattan, KS. We have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our website. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please call us as soon as possible so we can help find another appointment time.
Payment Options
We accept cash, checks, or credit cards. We offer two payment plans (see below). Feel free to call our financial coordinator for details.
Insurance and Billing
Besides our contract insurance plans, we take assignment of benefit on most insurances and file ALL insurance claims for you! Our office is especially good at estimating your insurance benefits, explaining your insurance benefits, and seeing that benefits are submitted correctly. If your insurance benefit has an issue (for any reason) our office will send additional information, work with your insurance company, and resolve the issue.
Financing Options
Our office has two financing options. For patients with or without insurance, CareCredit is offered (at certain levels) giving a low monthly payment plan. In some instances, we offer No Interest Financing through CareCredit. Our financial coordinator can answer all questions regarding this option.
For larger cases, our office offers CraftCare. This financing option is through Bank of the Flint Hills and offers a very competitive rate. Feel free to call our office for more information.
